These items and activities are strictly prohibited for safety and preservation.

  • Tree/Property Damage:
    • Do not cut live, dead, or downed trees.
    • Do not peel bark from the Birch trees – it kills them. Damage fee: $50 per occurrence.
    • Do not move fire rings—damage or theft results in a $200 fee.
    • Damage or theft of campground property carries a minimum $50 charge, with additional fees based on severity.
  • General Prohibitions:
    • No fireworks or chainsaws.
    • Water is for the operation of the camper only.
    • No washing of vehicles, campers, or gear. Violations incur a $50 fee.
    • No dishwashing or laundry in restroom sinks.
    • No smoking or pets inside restrooms.
    • No refrigerators or kitchen set-ups outdoors; they must be inside a hard-sided enclosure.
  • Off-Road Vehicles: For the comfort and safety of all visitors, we kindly ask that guests do not bring or operate side-by-sides, ATVs, or 4-wheelers in the campground. These vehicles are not allowed on state park property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
  • Electric Vehicles (EVs): No charging of electric vehicles (EVs). Our infrastructure cannot support the load; unauthorized charging incurs a $100 fee.
