All sites feature power hookups, with select sites offering water hookups, and a few with full sewer hookups. A dump station is available on-site for your convenience.

Your Basecamp for Exploration

Our prime location puts you instantly at the center of the Upper Peninsula’s rugged beauty. We are the ideal basecamp for family adventures and outdoor exploration.

  • Location: We are just 15 miles west of Ontonagon, Michigan, right on the shores of Lake Superior.
  • The Porkies Gateway: Our campground sits directly at the entrance to Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park. The Visitor Center is just around the corner.
  • Lakeside Access: Lake Superior’s sandy beach is directly across the road, offering hours of sightseeing and outdoor fun.
  • Circle Tour Stop: We are proud to be a stop on the Lake Superior Circle Tour. Make us your comfortable home base for exploring this legendary route.
